Register yourself on http://mcjpropertytax.in
Activate your account by activation code which is sent to you through SMS/Email.
Fill the Property Tax Form 2013-14 / 2014-15 / 2015-16 and Submit form.
Then Click on Generate Challan Button to pay your tax at CFC / MC Office. Or Click on Pay Online Button to pay tax online and get instant Receipt of your tax payment.
Please note Transaction No. and Transaction Date for future reference.
Please check your Internet Connectivity before making payment.
Please don't refresh or close browser when payment is processing.
If Receipt not generated and amount has been deducted from your bank account then please don't file Property Tax Return again and goto Tasks->Verify Transaction page. On Verify Transaction Page, Please verify your Transaction number if Transaction number verified and succeed then Receipt will automatically generated in your MC account and your can print it from Reports->Print Assessment Report or Contact us on Helpline No. 8527396113
